द Utica सिटी स्कूल डिस्ट्रिक्टले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई STEM शिक्षाबाट प्रारम्भिक सुरुवात गरेर आफ्नो करियरको बाटो खोज्न मद्दत गर्छ। स्थानीय व्यवसायहरूसँगको साझेदारी मार्फत, डिस्ट्रिक्टले किन्डरगार्टनदेखि दोस्रो कक्षासम्मका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई LEGO मार्फत निर्माण गर्ने र ड्यास रोबोटहरू प्रयोग गर्ने जस्ता व्यावहारिक गतिविधिहरू मार्फत STEM अवधारणाहरू परिचय गराउँछ।

विद्यार्थीहरूले पत्ता लगाउँछन् कि रोमाञ्चक STEM करियरहरू हाम्रो आफ्नै समुदायमा नै छन्। केही अग्रणी साझेदारीहरू स्थानीय उद्योग प्रायोजकहरू जस्तै इन्डियम, जिओटो इन्टरप्राइजेज, नेशनल ग्रिड, वुल्फस्पीड, र ट्रेन्टन टेक्नोलोजीसँग छन्।

In middle school, students in the Utica City School District explore new opportunities through hands-on, project-based learning. Here learning isn't just about knowledge, it is about taking the first steps toward a future full of possibility.

Whether it's coding and robotics in the lab, experimenting with FANUC robotic arms, or seeing how food grows on the hydroponic grow wall, they are experiencing education in a cutting edge form.

Events such as the STEM Expo at SUNY Poly give students a look at all 12 career pathways and a preview of the new Proctor Career and Technical Education Center opportunities. These experiences help students see how their learning connects to future options, while also building confidence.

Every class is designed to spark interest, giving students the chance to try, create, and discover. This pathway is part of a journey opening their eyes to new possibilities and giving them a glimpse of what awaits them at the new Proctor Career and Technical Education Center.

 

हाई स्कूल

प्रोक्टर हाई स्कूलमा, भविष्य अहिले हो। आक्रमणकारीहरूले सिर्जना गर्छन्, रूपान्तरण गर्छन् र सशक्त बनाउँछन्। मा Utica को नयाँ करियर तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा केन्द्र, अवसरले सम्भावनालाई भेट्छ।

विगत दुई वर्षमा, Utica सिटी स्कूल डिस्ट्रिक्टले करियर तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा केन्द्रमा समावेश गरिएका मार्गहरू सिर्जना गर्न मद्दत गर्न २५० भन्दा बढी साझेदारहरूसँग काम गर्ने अवसर प्राप्त गरेको छ। २५० भन्दा बढी स्थानीय व्यवसाय, सरकारी एजेन्सीहरू र शैक्षिक संस्थाहरूले समुदायको आवश्यकताहरूसँग मिल्ने १२ करियर मार्गहरू डिजाइन गर्न एकसाथ आएका छन्।

The CTE Center aims to positively impact the city by helping students develop skills, explore different career paths, and create a successful future. The district is a leader in this work, aligning with New York State expectations for public education and empowering every student to succeed.

At the Utica City School District's Career and Technical Education Center, opportunities are created, futures are transformed, and students are empowered to succeed.
